Zandoviq operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between individual investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. The Platform provides information about investment opportunities and digital tools for project tracking. Zandoviq does not act as a financial entity or securities agent. The platform functions as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate developers, in accordance with applicable regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) for collective financing platforms.

To use the Platform's services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Argentine law. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering or submitting inquiries. • Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms.

The information published on the Platform, including data about projects, estimated returns, timelines, and conditions, is purely informational and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. The returns mentioned are estimates based on projections and do not represent guarantees of future results. All investments carry risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Zandoviq S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in force in Argentina and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written authorization from Zandoviq is prohibited.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.

Zandoviq does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the absence of technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Zandoviq shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. • Zandoviq does not guarantee the results of any investment made through the Platform. • Zandoviq's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount actually invested by the user through the Platform.

Zandoviq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by Zandoviq to exercise any right provided in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
